Back towards home

This was apparently a rough neighborhood when Williams lived here. Perhaps it still is.

Soon after I took this picture, I saw a police car make a sudden stop. A policeman got out and started running. A young woman ran away, past the apartments you see across the street.

I don't know if the police caught her. The policeman returned empty-handed a few minutes later, and drove away.
